Managed IT Service RFPWe’re looking for a qualified IT managed service provider to supply strategic and day-to-day operational support for ARIA’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless business operations and support for our end-users. This will include comprehensive IT leadership and support, including network management, helpdesk support, software and hardware integration, cloud based collaborative ‘sandpit’ environments, and proactive monitoring + maintenance.

Principles

Our procurement model is designed to maximise the agility, quality and impact of ARIA's activities while ensuring responsible stewardship of public funds and building public trust. In particular, we ensure that:

  • Value-for-money considerations are consistent with ARIA's mission and evaluated in the context of the specific need.
  • We default to open competitions and that deviations from that default are considered and justified. ARIA will prioritise finding the best value for money solution for each requirement however by exception, a contract/grant may be awarded without competition.
